How does the order request work?
In general, we have set up an order enquiry to qualify our potential customers, to help them configure their requirements and have more information about the application in which the motor will be installed. The order enquiry is only the first step to actually booking the motor. The final step, however, is the payment of a deposit to officially reserve the order.
The entire process is accompanied by clear and transparent communication with the customer. In addition, a sales contract must be signed between the customer and Belassi GmbH before the deposit is paid.
How will I know if I am eligible for the purchase?
After you have applied the order request, a member of our team will communicate all the next steps to be eligible to buy the engine with the required characteristics and quantities. One of the final steps is to pay a deposit so that you receive all products on time. If you have any questions, our team is at your disposal.
