FAQ ## All questions around our Powertrain products How long is the warranty and what it's covering? By law, we offer a 2 years warranty on all our products. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.  It does not cover issues caused by damage due to shipment, handling, storage, accident, impact, abuse or misuse. How is the service process? Your success as our client is our priority. Therefore, our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive support throughout the implementation and setup of your project. A project manager will be assigned to ensure a seamless process. Additionally we have a lot of user friendly solution, to make processes more simple. For example, for engine spare parts we have a totally struggle-free platform where you can easily identify and order everything you need. Are the Powertrains worldwide available? Certainly, we are able to deliver our Engines globally, depending on your location and urgency. The available options are land, sea or air freights. And upon request, the buyer can arrange shipping with their preferred shipping provider. What is included in every Belassi MPU? Included in every Marine Power Unit Package there are the following parts - Engine + Water to air intercooler - Wire harness with complete E-architecture - ECU - Starter relay - Start stop / mode keypad - 5 inch touch screen Additionally, there will be a variety of options available to add on, including: Jet pump with drive shaft, additional alternator for second battery, Handlebar mounted throttle lever, Hydraulic brake / reverse and trim system, 7” touch screen color display, Fuel system (pump and sender or complete tank). Which kind of Certifications are available? All our Powertrains are delivered with CE and EPA certifications. Is there a minumum quantity order? Belassi will offer the MPU with a minimum order quantity of 1, meaning the door is now open for small manufactures and performance enthusiasts alike. This decision comes due to our customer-centric approach and the fact that the low volume demand from small manufacturers is often difficult to be supplied by larger OEM’s.  What do you need to start the engine? With the same philosophy to keep all the processes simple and uncoplicated, also to start the engine is an easy thing. It's enought to connect it to a battery, a fuel source and a water hose.  Et voila - there you go, the engine is running. Is it possible to have in advance some technical documentation as 3D files? If you wish to receive before to really take our Engine in cosideration for your needs, our Technical Department can share with you some generic information and as well the complete 3D data of our engines and / or Powertrain.
